Technical Office. Every drawing or project delivered to us by the customer is realized in 3D: this transformation allows to analyze all the aspects and to detect all the problems that could affect the subsequent working processes.
PROMID’s technical office makes use of many specific software, which allows to manage the whole process of the working in its entirety.
If inaccuracies, errors, possible improvements or non-achievable requests are identified, the necessary changes are agreed directly with the customer, constantly keeping the executive aspect and the quantity and timing optimization of the production under control.
The production and administrative process that takes place between the order acquisition and the invoicing of the same is managed through software, which works in symbiosis with the above described programmes and it is able to monitor and highlight the company situation at any time.
CAD AND PROTOTYPES
CAD and prototypes. Our customers have at their disposal all our skills, starting from the planning.
Every single idea can be drawn and planned on CAD, worked and developed until its concrete realization.
In this way it is possible to obtain the realization of prototypes, which can be followed by scale and full production.
The 3D drawings, defined in every detail, will be transformed, through the CAD-CAM software, into programmes that can be performed and interpreted by the punching machine and, also through specific software, the “nesting” of the work plan will be performed.
The “nesting” consists in the fundamental process through which the software organizes and optimizes several drawings within a defined sheet metal format: in this way it is possible to reduce the waste of the raw material and increase the production capacity.
