PRIVACY STATEMENT ACCORDING TO ART. 10 OF LAW No. 675/96 IN RELATION TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Dear Visitor,
we wish to inform you that your personal data - collected directly from you - will be used by Andrea Nanni’s PROMID and communicated to other companies in full respect of the fundamental principles regulated:
by directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the circulation of data;
by directive 97/66/EC for the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
by directive 97/07/EC and by Legislative Decree 185/99 for the protection of consumers in distance contracts;
by directive 00/31/EC for e-commerce;
by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June, 2003 - Code for the protection of personal data;
by Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.
PROCESSING OPERATIONS OF PERSONAL DATA AND RELATED PURPOSES
Below we summarize all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, retention or processing of your personal data and the purposes we pursue with each of them:
a) collection, retention and communication to third parties of your personal data in order to provide our products or services and to provide the Judicial Authority with the requested information
b) processing of personal data supplied by you and those derived from your web browsing, according to the process better clarified in the general conditions of service, in order to define your business profile
c) use of your commercial profile by Andrea Nanni’s PROMID for marketing and promotional purposes of Andrea Nanni’s PROMID
d) collection, retention and processing of your personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, including any e-mail transmission of commercial invoices
e) use of your commercial profile by Andrea Nanni’s PROMID and for marketing and promotional purposes of third parties.
METHOD OF PROCESSING
The treatment will take place using fully automated procedures through a process that allows to detect the customer’s commercial attitudes expressed through his/her on-line behaviour. Through the system of data training and retention, Andrea Nanni’s PROMID ensures and guarantees that they will not directly or indirectly concern topics concerning sensitive data in accordance with articles 4 letter D and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03. Therefore any treatment that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded firstly.
FREEDOM OF RELEASING THE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL
It is necessary to provide the consent to personal data processing provided for the purposes referred to in points (a), (b), (d). In case of refusal to give consent it will not be possible to provide the services of Andrea Nanni’s PROMID. The consent for the purposes (c) and (e) have to be subject to a specific approval.
PROCESSING’S OWNER AND MANAGER
The processing owner is PROMID s.r.l. with registered office in Loc. Spedale snc - 52018 Castel San Niccolò - Arezzo. Any requests pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 have to be sent to PROMID s.r.l. or sent by email to info@promid.it.
INTERESTED PARTY’S RIGHTS
Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 (Interested party’s rights)
1. In relation to personal data processing, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her even if not yet registered and their communication is in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information about:
data source;
purpose of the processing;
treatment logic;
identification details of the Owner and Managers of the parties to whom the data may be communicated.
3. The interested party has also the right to obtain:
the updating, correction or integration of the collected data;
the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or block of the data processed in violation of the law including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the statement that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom such data have been communicated or spread, except the case where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has also the right to oppose in whole or in part:
for legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material.
