Boschert Cu-Profi punching machine. The CU-Profi is a machine specially designed for the punching of copper, aluminum and steel bars. The CU-Profi is able to use up to eight tools for high efficiency machining on copper bars, in lengths up to 4000 mm or 6000 mm and in thicknesses from 2 to 15 mm (optional 20 mm). In addition, the machine has a separate tool station (60 x 8 mm), thanks to which it is possible to precisely cut the copper bars to the desired length. The copper bars can have a width of 12-200 mm. The material is managed through clamps that grasp the bar on each side, obtaining flat, straight and waste-free parts. It is important that the copper bars are locked both in front and behind the head, to avoid unwanted twists and bends. The finished parts are moved to a discharge zone by the feeding mechanism, and do not require any intermediate handling.
